Hamilton rockers The Ride Theory pride themselves on making honest blues-soul-surf-mod rock with high-octane energy. The term garage rock is equally appropriate here. The quartet recorded the entire album on reel-to-reel in a mere three days.

The first song I’m On Board bursts from the speakers, and the album never lets up. Motel Woman blurs into Parking Ticket and Hey Sugar boasts a thick riff similar to My Sharona. These guys are raw and rocking.
